How long is my repair under Warranty?
We try very hard to help our customer out. We warranty all repairs for a time of 90 days.
If a person should need repair within that period.. The customer will need to send the detector in and we will do all labor and parts including return shipping at no charge.
We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
We are trying very hard to help the metal detecting community get there detector fixed. Should we feel that the detector is not going to be able to be repaired correctly. We will let the customer know.
Can I ask for an estimate?
Absolutely, We don't charge for estimates. Please include your request for an estimate when your detector is mailed to us or if we talk by phone.
